ANNUAL HOLLY BERRY CHRISTMAS BOUTIQUE

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7

9 am

The Women of St. Sebastian are planning our treasured holiday event – the annual Christmas Boutique. On Saturday, December 7, the Church Hall will be transformed into a Christmas wonderland, and women will once again come together in faith, fellowship and fun.

This is the 58th consecutive year that the event has taken place. Even Covid did not deter the women of our parish, with some modifications, from making this a most successful event. Although women could not meet in person that year, a virtual event still inspired the spirit of comradery and friendship, as well as raising money to support our parish.

For women who have never attended, it is an experience that you will surely want to add to your list of holiday activities. If you enjoy shopping for unique handmade items such as crafts and knits, Christmas ornaments, homemade bakery, and vintage treasures, then you won’t want to miss this event. Our floral booth will feature the popular paperwhites and our New to You booth will have like new treasures that once graced someone else’s home and may now find a place in yours.

The craft sale begins at 9 am and is open to the public. While you are shopping, you can stop at the “café” and enjoy a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea and visit with friends, old and new. The event culminates in a women’s luncheon at noon (reservations required) served by the men of our parish, known as the “Hello Dolly (singing) Waiters”. After the luncheon there is a Miracle Mile Raffle with a wide variety of higher end items.

The fun does not stop there. This Christmas tradition incudes family activities on Sunday. There is a breakfast, activities for kids, and St. Nick is known to make an appearance!

Planning is in progress for this festive event and we are in need of everything from your hand made knits to Christmas coffee mugs. Following are the chairpeople who are coordinating the various donations.
