Parish administration needs to manage staff according to the needs of the parish, and this form improves the ability to administer staff well in advance of the events that are planned on campus.
Event placeholders can be entered so that when conflicts arise, dates and rooms are quickly settled between the facility users.
Virtual events can be scheduled and published on the parish calendar. If you know your meeting dates for the year, they will be scheduled when received.
Events planned and requested online will be entered into the parish database the date it is received and confirmation will be emailed to the requester as soon as the event is entered and published on the calendar.
