Physical Accessibility

There are accessible entrances from Washington Boulevard (behind the prayer garden) and 54th Street (near the playground.) This provides access to the Church, Gathering Space, and other first-floor rooms. The Washington Boulevard door includes an automatic door opener, as do the restrooms on the south end of the Gathering Space. A drop-off area is located at 1725 North 54th Street. This area is reserved for drop-off and pick-up only on Sundays.

We have an elevator by the 54th Street entrance within the Gathering Space to provide access to the lower floor where the Church Hall is located. 

Assisted Listening System

The Church is equipped with an assisted listening system. If you have an Auracast-enabled hearing aid or cochlear implant, you may connect to our Auracast feed through your hearing aid's designated app. You will see our feed in the list of Bluetooth sources.

Alternatively, assisted listening devices with headphones may be checked out from an usher. We request a photo ID to be traded as collateral until the device is returned.
